- 80 grams yellow mustard seeds
- 120 grams water
- 80 grams apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon flour, Can use plain flour or GF flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika, sweet

Recipe's preparation
1. Add yellow mustard seeds to bowl and mill for 1 minute, speed 9. Scrape down sides.
2. Add the remaining ingrdedients and mix 5 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down sides.
3. Cook mixture for 7 minutes, Varoma, speed 2. Pour into a sterilised jar and once cool store in fridge. Mustard with thicken once cooled.

Tip
Let the flavours develop and the bitterness to dissipate by leaving for two to three days before using. Don't be tempted to try before as you will want to throw it out!
