Yummy very easy to make!
I wanted to use wholemeal but
I wanted to use wholemeal but made a mistake and put in plain white flour. I also didn't have any cranberries, but added raisins ant reduced the sugar to 50g. It raised funnily and tried to "escape" on one side. Not sure why...maybe the oven I use...It was more bread-like ( than cake-like, which I'm used to) but very delicious. I'm thinking it will taste quite yummy toasted with some butter if there's anything left in a couple of days
OMG was so easy and very
OMG was so easy and very yummy, nearly ate it all straight out of the oven. Not to sweet either and the cranberrys add a nice crunch. thanks
