Camembert Rolls

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallots, roughly chopped
  • 6 sprigs curly leaf parsley
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 --- Camembert cheese wheel, cut into wedges


  • 6 breadrolls

Recipe's preparation

  1. Heat oven to 180degrees.

    Add garlic, shallots and parsley to bowl and chop 3sec/speed7.

    Add butter and saute 2mins/100degrees/speed 1

    Add camembert and melt 5mins/60degrees/speed1 or until melted

  2. Rolls
  3. Add mixture to middle of breadrolls and wrap in foil

    Cook in oven at 180degrees for 10 minutes



  4. Voila

    I used this as a scroll filling - some extra spring onions and garlic, and used a small wheel of Brie. It worked besutifully and was delicious. Thanks for the inspiration.  tmrc_emoticons.-)
