Ingredients

  • 250 grams water, warm
  • 2 heaped tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 500 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 250 grams raisins
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Recipe's preparation

  1. combine water,yeast,brown sugar,molasses,oil,butter mix 1min,37c, speed 3

    add flour,salt,cinnamon Dough mode 4mins.

    slowly add raisins during last 45s

    let dough rise in warm place for 1.5hr

    put dough in buttered pan and let rise 1.5hr

    bake 400F 5min then 350f for 25min
