Recipe's preparation

  1. Cinnamon sugar method

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a
    small bowl and set aside

    Dough method

    • - Place all dough ingredients in TM bowl and
mix for 10 seconds on speed 7
    • - Set dial to closed lid position and knead for 90 seconds on interval speed
    • - Remove dough from TM bowl and let it rest
in a warm place to prove for 30-60 minutes. The dough should double in size

portions.  Roll each portion out to
      a rectangle (approximately 20cm by 30cm)
    • - Spread soft butter onto the dough surface
      using a food brush
    • - Press the cinnamon sugar into the dough so
      the entire surface is covered
    • - Carefully roll the dough tightly
    • - With a knife, cut one portion of dough
into eight rolls and place on baking tray lined with baking paper.
    • - Repeat necessary steps for the second portion
      of dough
    • - Allow to double in size before putting into the oven
    • - Place tray into a 180 degree oven for
      20-25 minutes until golden brown

  • I love this recipe, I've

I love this recipe, I've never made scrolls before and they were amazing!!! I preferred to cut them a bit smaller than the recommended size and it worked very well indeed, I did  not have milk powder so used warm milk in place of the water and it was fine
