Dough mixture

  • 450 g Self Raising Flour
  • 80 g Whipped Cream or Butter
  • 185 grams water or milk
  • pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    Damper with whipped cream
  1. Put flour, salt, whipped cream or butter, then water into TM.


    Mix 12 sec/ speed 4-5. Scrape down sides & mix another 5 sec.


    Tip onto floured board to form round loaf or oblong to make loaf.


    Line loaf tin with paper or flat tray. Put dough into tin or tray make the top. Brush with milk. Cook 200Deg for 30mins. Cooked when tapped sounds hollow. Serve with Golden Syrup or butter.

To make Gluten Free subsitute Self Raising Flour to your choice, which will be nice.
