Easy Garlic & Spinach Naan Bread
- 1 3/4 --- Self Raising Flour, 1 Cup
- 3/4 --- Plain Greek Yoghurt, 3/4 Cup
- 5 cloves garlic, More or less to taste
- 1 portion fresh spinach leaves, 1 handful
- 1 to taste salt, I use onion or chicken salt

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place peeled garlic cloves in bowl. Speed 5, 5 seconds. Scrape bowl down.
- Add spinach leaves to bowl with garlic. Speed 4, 3 seconds. Chop longer if required.
- Add SR flour, yoghurt and salt to bowl.
"Dough mode" 30 seconds.
- Dough will be sticky. Tip onto floured work surface. Make 6 portions. Roll into ball then flatten with hands/rolling pin. Sprinkle with flour if sticky. Make quite thin as they will rise when cooking.
- Heat frypan and fry each side approx 4 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through. Baste with melted butter.
