Easy pizza dough

Dough

  • 340 g plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 180 g warm water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in TM bowl.

  2. Closed lidDough mode 3 minutes.

  3. Wrap in thermomat and place in a warm spot for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

  4. Knock back and knead, then roll out into desired shape and thickness.

Tip

I usually make two bases out of this but it depends on the size and thickness you like.
