Dough

  • 500 grams Gluten free Self Raising Flour OR Gluten Free Plain Flour, Add 2 tbsp baking powder to Plain Flour
  • 280 grams Luke Warm Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    Pizza Bases in minutes!!
  1. 1 - Place all ingrediants in bowl.

    2 - Mix Closed lid6 seconds, speed 6

    3 - Now knead dough Closed lid 2 minutes, Dough mode

    4 - Transfer dough onto floured surface, cut into 2 pieces, and roll out to make 2 family size bases

    5 - Top with your toppings, cook and enjoy!

    I love this recipe! Thanks so much for sharing!! The first time I made it hubby (who is can eat gluten) said it was his favourite pizza ever! I then made pies also using this pastry and again great reviews. Thank you thank you thank you SmileLolSmile
