Lahme bajin dough recipe

  • 1200 g plain flour
  • 8 g salt
  • 110 g Ghee
  • 150 g vegetable oil
  • 625 g lukewarm water

Recipe's preparation

    Lahme bajin dough
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl, blend for 20 seconds, then knead function for 5 mins.

    when ready place in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of melted ghee until ready to use
