Could I make these in the morning, shape and then cook in the evening, and if so would they need to go in the fridge? Or is there a better way to make ahead? Thanks

Totally amazing!! Tastes like the ones in the restaurant... brushed melted butter and garlic over the top while it was still warm. Bubbled up beautifully to create those authentic, charred circles. Divine. Husband couldn't believe I hadn't bought it! Served with Skinnymixer's Butter Chicken... HARD to stop eating it all!!

    Submitted by louby2006 on 23. September 2016 - 04:46.

My go to recipe for authentic Naan bread! I'll never buy a naan again.

I use natural yoghurt and it turns out perfectly every single time. (I often add garlic/chilli' s/coriander).

Looks super impressive cooking these in a pan when our guests arrive too and that's an Absolute winner.

    Thanks muchly for sharing. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Submitted by saartjie on 17. July 2016 - 18:55.

Spot on!!! I didn't have greek yoghurt so I just used Thickened Cream and it came out perfectly! I rolled it thinly, and then sprinkled chilli flakes and cheese, or mixed herbs and cheese, onto half of the naan, and then folded the naan onto itself, and pressed it closed. Matches my local Indian's naan! Thanks for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)

  • This recipe worked

    Submitted by maTMixes on 17. March 2016 - 16:15.

This recipe worked exceptionally well for me. I'm a new TM owner and this is my first comment.

1hr dough rise occurred in the TM mixing bowl on 37 degrees with no modifications to recipe except using vegetable oil instead of rice bran oil. I then rolled in some grated tasty cheese to the center of each sixth piece of dough, and rolled fennel seeds and ground sea salt to the outside. After dry cooking on a cast iron pan with lines, I brushed the bread with a butter/garlic mixture to one side and let that sink in for a minute on the plate. This was as as good as, if not better than, any restaurant naan I've tasted. Served with leftover Skinnymixers tikka masala  tmrc_emoticons.;)
