      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 - Add 250g of luke warm water (no warmer than 60 degrees Celsius, or it will kill the yeast).

2 - Add yeast & sugar. Heat on 37 degrees setting, stir function for 5 minutes.

3 - Add Flour, salt, olive oil and greek yoghurt.

    4 - Mix on speed 6 for 6 seconds.

5 - Mix on dough setting (Dough mode) for 5 minutes.

6 - Rest in a large (oiled) bowl until proofed. Covered with a teatowel.

7 - Cut into portions and flatten on a bed of flour. Note - Use palm of hand to flatten, taking extra care not to flatten the edge/crust.

8 - Add your favourite toppings, bake until crust is golden brown and enjoy!
