Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 200 degrees. Place flour yeast salt water and oil in thermomix and mix for 6 sec on speed 6. Then kneed for 2 min "Closed lid" "Dough mode" . Leave in thermomat until double in size approx 1/2 hour roll out into rectangle. I usually divide dough into 2 to make it thinner. Spread with tomato paste and top with desired toppings and cheese. Roll up and cut into either 4 cm sections for large ones or 2 cm sections for small ones. Bake 200 degrees for 30-40 min

Made this today for school lunchboxes, tried ham, capsicum, cheese and sauce. Turned out really well, although I'm not sure if I had the right olive oil as there was a slight 'olive oil' taste in the dough. Will use again, thanks for sharing!!

Really good dough, although I put all my fillings as toppings to make pizza rolls. Bread still soft and good to eat the following day.
