If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place water and yeast into thermobowl heat 2min @ 37 degrees speed 1.
Add oil, flour, salt and mix 6sec @ spead 6.
kneed for 2 mins.
Transfer dough to floured surface and form into a ball.
Place in a bowl and cover to let sit in a warm spot to rise for 30mins.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a loaf tin.
Knead dough slightly and place into tin, set aside for 20mins to rise again.
Bake for 30mins - bread will sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Allow to cool for a few mins before serving warm with butter.
