Banana "ice cream" with "ice magic" - 3 ingredients (dairy free, egg free, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, vegan, paleo)

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Icecream

  • 1 --- banana frozen, (chop into 4-5 pcs then freeze)

Chocolate Ice Magic

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, (or cacao or carob)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Ice Magic

    Melt 2 ingredients together. I find it quickest to do this in the microwave in a mug on low power :P

     

    Icecream:

    Place banana tmx and blend speed 9, 15 sec

    Scoop out into bowls or icecream cones

     

    Drizzle ice magic over the top and serve

    Love this, such a quick and easy thing to do with leftover bananas! The ice magic doesn't taste very nice if you use baking cocoa instead of drinking cocoa - whoops!

    Great variations to this banana ice cream inctlude:
    - stirring through a handful of raisins
    - blending through some nut butter (mmmm, roasted almonds)
    - adding some coconut and cocoa/carob/cacao
    - frozen cherries, vanilla paste and choc chips
    - peppermint essence and dark chocolate chips
    - strawberries
