If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add cashew nuts to bowl.
2. Turbo x 1
3. Scoop out a handfull of larger chooped cashews and set aside in bowl for rolling.
4. Turbo x 1 and set aside in another bowl (while you blitz dates!)
(No need to clean bowl)
5. Add dates to bowl and 10sec/speed 9 MC on
6. Add Coconut oil and if you would like dated finer - chop a few seconds more.
7. Add reserved (finer mix) cashews and all other incredients. Mix 15sec/speed 6/MC on
NB: (should look crumbly, but when pressed should be firm)
8. Roll into balls.
(Note: Tip: use slightly wet hands to roll into balls - then roll into chopped cashews for coating, it helps it stick more)
