Apples

  • 4 pink lady apples peeled and sliced
  • 100 grams Butter Cubed
  • 200 grams Brown Sugar.
  • 30 grams water
  • 4 Nice Biscuits (optional)

Custard - Make according to edc, bcb or automated

Recipe's preparation

    Caramel Apples
  1. Place butter, sugar and water in bowl, cook 2min/90deg/sp2

     

    Place apples into bowl and cook a further 10min/90deg/reverse/sp1

     

    Serve apples in a short glass topped with custard

     

    Break a Nice Biscuit over each glass for a crunchy topping.
