Cashew Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 100 grams Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 400 grams coconut milk
  • 150 grams coconut water or filtered tap water
  • 3-4 dates
  • 90 grams chia seeds, any colour is fine
  • 40 grams Maple syrup, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Tip cashews into TM bowl and grind

    5secs/sp9

  2. Add coconut milk, coconut water (or filtered water) and dates, blend

    1 min/sp9

  3. Add chia seeds and maple syrup if using and gently heat

    5 mins/37deg/sp2

  4. Pour into 6 individual bowls and serve with yoghurt, fruit and extra crushed nuts of your choice.  Can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days for a ready made breakfast.
