- 90 g raw cashews
- 500 g water
- 45 g chia seed
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
- Pinch salt
Recipe's preparation
Blend together Cashews, Water, Vanilla & salt Sp 10/1 min,
Add the Chia, Maple Syrup to the Cashew Milk "Counter-clockwise operation" /Spd 4/20 sec.
Pout mixture into individual ramekins or small glass jars, refrigerate until set.
Optional topping: yogurt, fruit, CADA, cinnamon

Add a commentAlthough nervous about CHIA,
Although nervous about CHIA, we gave this a try and are really pleased we did! It's quite lovely...my son and I really enjoyed it for breakfast with CADA sprinkled over it and some Greek yoghurt with sliced strawberries. I'm not sure I'd like it much on its own. My daughter gagged on the texture, but liked the flavour. Will make it occasionally I'm sure.
