  • 200 g filtered water
  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 1 level tsp cinnamon, Ceylon, Ground cinnamon

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Chia custard pudding
  1. Place Chia seeds, water, coconut cream, vanilla paste and cinnamon into mixing bowl Closed lid
    2. Cook 6 min/80 degrees/speed 2.5
    3. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl.
    4. Set Thermomix to 3 min/80 degrees/speed 2.5 and start.
    5. Pour the beaten eggs onto lid with MC in place while blades are going.
    6. Serve with fresh or frozen berries.
