  • 200 g Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Black Chai Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pepita Seeds (pumpkin)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the Cocoa Powder and Honey into the Mixing Bowl.

     

    Mix on Speed 6 for 30 seconds or untill ingredients are moist and starting to stick together when pinched.

     

    Add Cocoa Power and mix on Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

     

    Add Honey then mix on Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

     

    Pour mix into a large bowl then roll a spoonful of mixture to for the bites.

     

    Store in the fridge for upto two weeks or freeze.
