Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180C and grease and line with baking paper two 20cm round cake tins.
Insert butterfly and add butter, sugar and vanilla extract, whisk for 1 minute on speed 3. Beat for 3 minutes until light and fluffy, scraping down in 30 second intervals.
Mix in 1 egg at a time for 10 seconds on speed 3.
Add half the flour and milk and mix on speed 2 for 10 seconds. Add second half of flours and milk and repeat until combined.
Spread mixture into 2 pans and bake for 50 minutes.
Use the buttercream setting on the BCB chip or in the Everyday Cookbook to make buttercream icing.
When the cake cools down, spread the buttercream icing on top of one cake, place second cake on top of icing and spread remaining icing all over the cake.
Melt the chocolate and cream in the thermomix from the recipe on the BCB chip. Drizzle over the cake and let it melt down the sides.
Top with Easter eggs and bunnies to decorate.
