For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add coconut milk (or sub coconut cream), sugar and cocoa powder to thermomix bowl. Mix 20 seconds, gradually increasing speed from 1 to 5.
- Add vanilla and mix 5 seconds, speed 5.
- Taste the mixture, you can add in little more sugar to taste if desired (then mix again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as the popsicle freezes. Add sticks.
- Freeze 4-6hrs or until completely solid.

Tip
We only ever make these with coconut milk as it has half the fat content of coconut cream and still tastes amazing!
