  • 400 grams coconut milk, Full Fat
  • 4 tablespoon sweetener, Stevia or similar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla, powder or liquid
  • 4 tablespoon Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
  • 0.5 Cup of Coconut Shredded

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put 200g of coconut milk into the jugs. Set for 75deg Gentle stir setting. Add vanilla, sweetener, unsalted butter, and gelatin. Counter-clockwise operation At speed 4 to incorporate the gelatin. Slow down to a stir and add coconut and remaining 200g coconut milk.

    place some berries into individual portion bowls then pour over mixture. Set in the fridge until firm.
