Sago

  • 130 g Sago
  • 500 g water
  • 400ml can coconut milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak sago in bowl with 500g water for half an hour.
  2. Drain water from sago into thermomix bowl and set sago to the side.
  3. Add coconut milk, sugar and vanilla paste to bowl and cook 5 min/varooma/speed 1.
  4. Add reserved sago to bowl and cook 10 min/90°C/Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting
