- 1 Orange rind, thinly peeled with a peeler from 1 orange
- 100 g raw sugar
- 50 g cornflour
- 2 eggs
- 600 g Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 60 g sour cream
- 60 g Cointreau
Recipe is created for
Place orange rind, raw sugar and cornflour into the TMX bowl.
Mill speed 9 for 15 seconds.
Add:eggs, orange juice, milk & vanilla
Cook:7 minutes 90 degrees speed 4
Add Cointreau and sour cream
Mix 10 seconds speed 3.Serve and enjoy!
The cointreau is really strong in this which is delicious, reduce if desired.
