Cointreau custard

  • 1 Orange rind, thinly peeled with a peeler from 1 orange
  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 g Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 60 g Cointreau

Recipe's preparation

    Cointreau Custard
  1. Place orange rind, raw sugar and cornflour into the TMX bowl.

    Mill speed 9 for 15 seconds.

    Add:eggs, orange juice, milk & vanilla

    Cook:7 minutes 90 degrees speed 4

    Add Cointreau and sour cream

    Mix 10 seconds speed 3.Serve and enjoy!
