3-4 egg yolks
250 grams cream
250 grams Milk
1 level teaspoon Vanilla ex

Recipe's preparation

Add all ingredients to bowl and cook, 6 mins, 80 degrees, speed 4.

Ensure no egg white is put in the bowl or it scrambles and makes the custard a bit lumpy.
