Ingredients

Slice

  • 500 g Arnotts Nice Biscuits, (2pkts)
  • 500 g Milk
  • 600 g thickened cream
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding, (2 x 85g pkts)

Icing

  • icing sugar, 2 cups
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 passionfruit

Recipe's preparation

    Slice

  1. Line a 23 x 32 cm slab tin.

    Cover base of tin with whole Nice bisucits

    Add milk, thickened cream and instant pudding to bowl and mix 20 sec, sp 4

    Insert butterfly and mix 2 mins, sp 3 or until thick

    Pour over biscuits

    Top with a single layer of biscuits and refrigerate overnight.  Ice the next day and serve with fresh fruit.

     

    2. Icing

  2. Place all icing ingredients in bowl and mix till smooth

This is a nice & easy variation of custard squares.
