2 Ripe Pears peeled or 6 pear halves in syrup
70 grams sugar
1/4 teaspoon citric acid
25-50 grams water
1 tablespoon cornflour

Recipe's preparation

Add water, sugar, chopped pears and mix speed 4 at 90deg for 4 mins

I found mine a little runny so added cornflour and cooked for another minute on above settings.

Note: This was rather sweet but I am planning on adding it to my natural TM yogurt for Master 4...if you wanted it for a dessert topping then I would reduce the sugar content.
