FAILSAFE Pear Coulis

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Pears peeled or 6 pear halves in syrup
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
  • 25-50 grams water
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add water, sugar, chopped pears and mix speed 4 at 90deg for 4 mins

    I found mine a little runny so added cornflour and cooked for another minute on above settings.

    Note: This was rather sweet but I am planning on adding it to my natural TM yogurt for Master 4...if you wanted it for a dessert topping then I would reduce the sugar content.
