- 4 eggs
- 200 g Butter
- 20 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 12 g dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 750 g Milk
- 250 g water
Recipe's preparation
Insert the Butterfly
Separate the egg whites from the yolks
Add the whites and a pinch of salt in the TM bowl and mix 4 minutes / Speed 3.
Reserve the whites in a separate bowl and remove the Butterfly.
Add egg yolks and sugar, mix 10 sec / speed 7.
Add all the other ingredients. Mix 20 sec / speed 9.
Gently fold the mixture into the egg whites
Set alone for an hour
Cook with a Waffle-maker
