      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Love this easy recipe! I'm not a date fan but I am a chocoholic and this is perfect. Mine turned out a little crumbly but will add a smudge more honey next time. Thankyou!

  • You can buy puffed brown rice

    Submitted by katrins4 on 7. September 2016 - 16:10.

You can buy puffed brown rice from the health food aisle of major supermarkets and also health food stores. You could substitute with rice bubbles, although they aren't as 'healthy'

This tastes just like hedgehog slice..... delicious. I actually like it without the topping too, it's sweet enough. I used Rice Malt Syrup instead of honey. Thank you for the recipie, it certaily satisfies my chocolate cravings tmrc_emoticons.-).

  • My family all love this.

My family all love this. Especially on hot days. We have just kept it in the freezer to have as a snack after school. My husband prefers it from the fridge.
