- 5 tablespoons Shaved coconut (macro)
- 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Icing
- 4 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 scoop Caramel protein custard, (Casein)
- 3t tablespoons coconut oil, Melted
- 3 tablespoons honey, Melted

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all base ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- "Closed lid" Select 10 seconds and turn the selector to 4.
- Open the lid and scrape the base ingredients down the sides and repeat step 2 for a further 15 seconds.
- Empty the base into a rectangle slice pan and press down firmly.
- Place all Icing ingredients into the Mixing bowl.
- "Closed lid" Select 12 seconds, 60degrees and "Gentle stir setting" .
- Pour melted icing onto the slice. You can add sprinkled peanuts if you like. Freeze for 2 hours.
