The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add the condensed milk, milk and yogurt and cardamom.
2. Mix 5 sec speed 4
3. Scrape down. Mix 3 sec speed 4.
4. Fill moulds and keep aside.
5. Add 700 g water and steam 20 min varoma speed 2.
6. Chill before consuming
