  • Great recipe..it's the 3rd

Great recipe..it's the 3rd thermomix pancake recipe I've tried & has become our weekend favourite tmrc_emoticons.) Love that it doesn't need to sit. I used raw sugar in place of rapadura as I didn't have any. I scraped down bowl after 30secs & mixed for another 15 secs until smooth. They are thick pancakes (which we love) & great texture. Would love to know if you can double this recipe with as much success.

Thanks so much for this - I made these on the weekend and they were great and just too easy tmrc_emoticons.) Let the mixture sit for a few minutes after to thicken and added a couple of handfuls of blueberries to make 5 extra large pancakes. I used white sugar instead of rapadura (all I had) and they were lovely. Topped with smashed banana and a little maple syrup - yum!

I've made these a few times now and my kids just love them.  Perfect everytime!  I leave the sugar out as well and add a bit more vanilla and they still taste delicious.
