Lee's luscious protein balls

Ingredients

25 portion(s)

Protein balls

  • 270 grams hazelnuts
  • 170 grams unhulled tahini
  • 40 grams dessicated coconut
  • 50 grams dates
  • 110 grams honey

Coating

  • 30 grams dessicated coconut
  • 1-2 tablespoons blueberry powder (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Protein balls
  1. Mill hazelnuts in TM bowl 10 secs/speed 9.

    Add rest of protein ball ingredients and combine 30 secs/speed 9 using spatula to assist.

    Scrape down sides of bowl if necessary and process further.

    Roll into balls with wet hands.

  2. For coating:

    Process extra coconut and blueberry powder in TM bowl for 10 secs/speed 9.

    Roll balls in the coating and place in freezer. 

    Makes about 25 protein balls.

Tip

Can be kept in fridge but I think they taste even better frozen.
