Limes creamcheese tart

Tart Shell

  • 185 g Nice biscuits
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 90 g Butter (melted)

Limes filling

  • 225 g full fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 55 g icing sugar
  • 0.80 litre limes juiced (or juice of 2 limes


  • red grapes
  • 24 raisins

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1, Put the biscuit in bowl 1 min speed 7

    2, Put in cinnamon and butter in a bowl 1 min Closed lid dough mode

    3,. Press into base and sides of prepaed mini tart mould.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Limes filling
  3. 1, Put Cream cheese in bowl, icing sugar and limes juice 

    beat 2min speed 3

    2, Spoon 2 teaspoon cream cheese into the cold tart.

    3, Decorated with half grapes and raisin

    4  Refrigerate for 1 hours before serve.
