  • 300 gram mango, pureed
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 gram lime juice
  • 160 gram unsalted butter
  • 150 gram sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime, zest

Recipe's preparation

  1. add all ingredients to the bowl
  2. cook for 8-10 mins at 80°C speed 3

    Enjoy on a pav, scones, over icecream or by the spoonful!
