Milk Arrowroot Slice
- 125 g Butter
- 150 g sultanas
- 80 g nuts of your choice, I used slivered almonds
- 200 g glace cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 50 g cocoa
- 30 g raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 package biscuits, Milk arrowroot

Recipe's preparation
Line a tray with baking paper
Grind biscuits for 5 sec speed 9 - set aside
Melt buuer on 60deg for 2 mins speed 4
Add egg, vanilla, coccoa and sugar into TM bowl and blend for 8 sec speed 5 - scrape down bowl
Add cherries and chop 3 sec speed 5
Add sultanas, nuts and half the biscuits - mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 30 sec speed 3 with the aid of the spatula
Add remaining biscuits and mix as above until combined
Using wet fingers press into the tray and put into fridge until firm
Ice with chocolate icing and return to fridge until set
Slice into small fingers and serve
