Mini Christmas Rum Puddings

  • 1 Dark fruit cake, I use a home brand cake
  • 100 grams apricot jam
  • 50 grams cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons Rum

  • 80 grams white chocolate melts
  • 1 package chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 piece red licorice or a few red rasberrie lollies, chopped into small pieces

Recipe's preparation

    Puddings
  1.   Put whole fruitcake broken into large chunks into bowl

    2.  Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5 or until cake is fully crumbled

    3. Add other ingredients  and mix on reverse speed 3 until totally combined

    4. Roll puddings into small balls with wet hands and then roll in chocolate sprinkles and place in fridge until set.

  2. Put choc melts into clean and dry bowl

    2. Melt at 60 degrees on speed 4 for about 1 min or until melted

    3. Place small amount of melted choc on top of pudding and place chopped red licorice on top.
