Mocha Custard

  • 220 g milk chocolate
  • 500 g Milk
  • 125 g Espresso coffee
  • 15 g cornflour
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Break chocolate into pieces and place in bowl. Grate for 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down side of bowl. 

  2. Place milk, cornflour, coffee and eggs into bowl and cook for 7 min/90C/speed 4

Tip

If you don't have esspresso coffee you can sunstitute it with 2-3 teaspoons (to taste) of instant coffee mixed with 125g boiling water.
