Recipe is created for
Preheat oven 180/200'c , grease baking bowl
in thermo about 10 min on 50 heat add butter , water , sunflower oil, cocoa until all mixed , add to bowl to cool slightly and you don't have to clean thermo just add flour , sugar, salt.
in another bowl add buttermilk with Bicarb let it stand for a minute add eggs mix well.
Now add bicarbonate mixture and mixture all to thermo mix well.
pour in dish and bake for about 30/40. minutes,
just before you take out cake and during this time you have washed the thermo for the icing
15 min 50 heat, add marg, buttermilk, cocoa, until smooth, add icing sugar and vanilla the icing should be runny so to pour over cake use decrepancy on time !
once cake out oven pour hot Icing over and poke holes middle so icing seaps in and around cake you want that icing to soak in,
warning !! Don't expect anything left over it is the BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I have ever made.
Ensure you take a piece early to take home ! Cause in my experience nothing is left !! Lol
