Musk Sticks

  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatine
  • 80 g water
  • 1 teaspoon glucose syrup
  • 640 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon musk essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink food colouring

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place gelatine, water and glucose syrup into bowl 3min 90 speed 2, untill gelatine is disovled
  2. Insert butterfly and gradually add icing sugar in 200g lots. mix on speed 3 untill smooth
  3. Add musk essence and pink food colour continue mixing speed 3 untill combined
  4. Pipe onto lined trays and allow to dry (aprox 12 hours)
    Store in airtight container
