Oma's Heavenly Mud - Thermie and Friends Janine Smith

  • 200 g plain biscuits
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put sugar in tm bowl and mill 20 seconds, speed 10
  2. Add biscuits & cocoa to sugar in bowl and crush 10 seconds, speed 9

    Take out and put in another bowl
  3. Add eggs to empty tm bowl and mix 10seconds, speed 4
  4. Add vanilla, dry ingredients back into eggs and melted butter as well and mix speed 6/7 till combined and mud like.
  5. Press into a cake tin to set, or little ice cream molds is cute are well.

    Leave in fridge overnight to set.

    Eat plan dusted with icing sugar, or add white chocolate and decorate for mini puddings for Xmas.

    Store in fridge, slice to eat.

    This was a favourite recipe of mine when I was a child, It is super sweet but something only my Oma made every xmas when we asked.
