Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 150 g almonds
  • 220 g coconut milk
  • 110 g arrowroot flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almonds in the bowl and chop for 6 seconds speed 6

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and combine for 20 seconds speed 5-6

  3. Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan

  4. Pour batter into frying pan until desired sized pancake is reached

  5. Once bubbles begin to appear in pancake, flip and cook for 1 -2 minutes

  6. Repeat until all batter is cooked

  7. Serve with your choice of fruit, coconut, maple syrup etc
