Pinapple, Apple, Ginger & Mint Sorbet

Ingredients

2 litre(s)

Sorbet

  • 100g raw sugar milled
  • 300g Fresh Pinapple
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 8 leaves Freh Garden Mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Egg white only
  • 950g ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Sorbet
  1. Mill sugar for 10 sec / sp10

     

  2. Add into Thermomix Bowl: Pinapple (in chunks), Apple (quartered and seeds removed), Ginger (peeled), Mint Leaves, lemon (peeled and pith removed) and egg white, blend for 10 sec / sp5

  3. Add ice and blend 1 min 30 sec / sp9 with the aid of the spatula (if need be)

  4. Pour into ThermoServer and serve immediately!
