  • 30 g almonds, slivered
  • 400 g chocolate, white in pieces
  • 120 g thickened cream
  • 200 g dried paw paw
  • 50 g marshmallows, mini
  • 35 g rice bubbles

Recipe's preparation

    Pink Christmas Cups
  1. Chop paw paw for 5 sec speed 8 and set aside

    Chop chocolate for 3 sec speed 8

    Add cream to chocolate and melt for 5 mins on 50deg speed 3

    Allow to cool for 10 minutes

    Add almonds, paw paw, rice bubbles and marshmallows to chocolate and mix on Counter-clockwise operation speed 1 for 25-30 seconds with the aid of the spatula

    Spoon mixture into mini paper cases and put in the fridge until set
