Ingredients

  • 25 g popped popcorn
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add popped popcorn into mixing bowl and pulverise for 20 sec on sp 8.

    add all other ingredients and cook for 7 mins / 90 degrees celsius /sp 4

    I actually dreamed of popcorn custard after watching Master chef with Heston Blumenthal. I couldn't stop thinking about it for 2 days and just had to try it...lol

    I was suprised at how good this was! I love popcorn but wasn't sure how it would be in custard.. Yum!I added a little more milk and pureed on speed 9 for 1 min to make it super smooth and runnier
