  • 260 grams Nuts, Almonds or mixed with Seeds
  • 12 pieces dates, Pitted
  • 2-3 teaspoons water, Coconut water or Tahini are good alternatives
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder, Chocolate or vanilla
  • Desiccated Coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Balls
  1. Add Nuts, Dates, Water and Protein Powder into the thermomix

  2. Speed 10


    8 Secs

  3. Scoop into balls and roll in Coconut

  4. Refridgerate until set

Tip

Experiment with different types of Nuts and add seeds such as sunflower to keep you fuller for longer. 

If adding seeds only add 1/4 of the in proportion to the required amount
