  • 60 g Pouring Cream
  • 10-30 g Rum
  • Sprinkles (chocolate, coconut, chopped nuts etc), Optional

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation


    Add broken up chocolate to mixing bowl and chop on 5 secs/sp 9.


  2. Add cream and rum and melt 4 mins/70°c/sp 2.


  3. Pour mixture into a container and refridgerate for 4 hours or over night.


  4. Using a teaspoon, scoop mixture into hand and roll into balls.


  5. Roll in sprinkles of choice. 


  6. Keep refridgerated.
