1 batch Pizza Dough, (EDC)
100 g lime butter, (EDC)
100 g frozen raspberries
1 lime, thinly sliced
30 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

Raspberry Lime Pizza

Preheat oven (and pizza stone if you have one) to 220C

Roll out dough into large circle

Spread with Lime Butter and press raspberries on top

Add thinly sliced lime

Sprinkle generously with raw sugar

Bake in oven on pizza stone (or lined baking tray) for 8 - 10 mins, or until pizza is cooked

Serve in wedges

Lime slices may be removed when eating if desired
